About Us
Welcome to Piedmont Pediatrics! We are a pediatric practice located in the heart of the Warrenton area. We offer pediatric care for children of all ages, from newborns to young adults. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for our community, one child at a time. Here at Piedmont Pediatrics, we do pediatric care a bit differently. We offer separate 'sick' and 'well' waiting areas, same day sick appointments with extended and Saturday hours, and in-house laboratory services. We even have experience with foreign adoptions and emergency services, including: foreign object removal and nebulizer (breathing) treatments. After Hours Care
We understand that unexpected urgent medical concerns don’t happen on a certain timetable. That’s why we offer around the clock, on-call physician services. If your child falls ill outside of our regular business hours and you don’t feel comfortable waiting until the morning, we have a doctor on-call to consult with you and help decide if more medical attention is necessary. This can save your family from a costly emergency room or urgent care visit.
Parent Resources
The internet can be a powerful tool for helping find and share advice and information. However, when it comes to advice on pediatric care, it’s important to know you’re getting accurate information. We offer our parent resources on our website as a free resource and guide for peer-reviewed medical information and parental advice. Think of our resources as your first-stop when researching your child’s symptoms or illnesses.
Lactation Consultation
Are you expecting? Congratulations! If you are considering breastfeeding as your main way of feeding your baby, we’re here for you. Breastfeeding can be a very rewarding experience for both mothers and their children. However, we understand that some mothers have more difficulty than others meeting their goals. We’re here to help. We have a certified lactation consultant on staff to support you throughout your breastfeeding journey.
Our Providers
We have four doctors, two nurse practitioners, a phlebotomist, and a staff full of licensed nurses and ancillary personnel on our roster. All of our physicians are Board-Certified and Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
