Please sign in for access to your child’s medical record, to conduct secure correspondence with the office, request refills, etc. If you do not have an account, please contact Piedmont Pediatrics at 540-347-9900 option 2 to receive an invite and instructions to log into the portal. 

This Patient Portal is provided by Piedmont Pediatrics, PLC for the exclusive use of its patients and authorized parents, legal guardians, and other caregivers. By logging in, you attest that you are a member of one of the aforementioned groups and will use any confidential medical information that is disclosed to you only for its intended purposes. Any other use is strictly forbidden.

If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately so we can reset your credentials.

If you send a message in the portal and don’t get a response within 48 hours, please call the office.
