Are You Expecting?
Congratulations!
Starting or expanding a family is a wonderful experience, filled with excitement, joy, and plenty of questions. It’s a journey filled with milestones, challenges, and unforgettable moments, and our pediatricians are here to support you every step of the way.

What To Bring
- Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
- Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
- New patient forms that are completed before the visit help streamline your visit.
Before Your First Appointment
A few weeks before delivery, you can call the office to make a "Meet the Doctor" appointment. This is a great opportunity for our providers to introduce themselves prior to the first newborn visit.
You may want to download and fill out our paperwork ahead of time as well.
When the day comes to be discharged from the hospital with your new bundle of joy, you can let the hospital staff know that you have chosen us as your pediatrician to ensure all health records are communicated to our office.
