Dennis Rustom MD, FAAP
Dr. Rustom is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and attained his medical degree at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his internship and pediatric residency at the prestigious Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
After several years of practice with Piedmont Primary Care, Dr. Rustom founded Piedmont Pediatrics in 1996. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. His professional interests include newborn medicine as well as children affected by autism and ADHD.
Dr. Rustom has worked with area high schools to sponsor career shadow programs to promote student interest in the medical profession. He has been voted “Best Pediatrician” by Warrenton Lifestyle Magazine and has received the Fauquier Times Reader's Choice award for “Best Pediatrician”.
Dr. Rustom is an accomplished musician who plays both piano and guitar. He is an avid pickle ball player and gym rat. However, his favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and two children.
