Sinéad Arndt PA-C, MSPAS

Sinéad grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Christopher Newport University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology. Moving to the Warrenton area in 2001, she began her career teaching Biology at Fauquier High School; going on to assist in the development of the Anatomy and Physiology Program for Fauquier County Public Schools.
 
After fifteen years of teaching, Sinéad made the decision to enter the medical field as a Physician Assistant. She was accepted into Shenandoah University Masters of Physician Assistant Studies and completed her coursework in 2018. Sinéad is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Sinéad has over four years of experience in Urgent Care and has spent the last two years working in a clinic as a solo practitioner.  
 
Sinéad’s special interests are helping families achieve optimal wellness through nutrition, fitness and education to decrease lifelong illnesses associated with obesity. She lives with her husband and two children in the Rappahannock Area. Her hobbies include hiking in Shenandoah National Park, horseback riding, baking and Girl Scouts Adventures.
